AVEDA Business College. AVEDA has created a 3-part business college with its leading salon owners throughout the AVEDA network. They have shared their best practices for business leadership, staff recruitment and retention, continuous customer cycle and profitability. Last year, participating salons had at least a 36% overall growth increase.
